Chicory

This is a perennial plant that grows on the sides of the roads and meadows. The leaves are toothed and lanceolate and the flowers grow solitary, they are blue and the petals are toothed.

Properties and Use

The juice from this plant should be used for bile problems, gastritis, lack of appetite.
