Nervous breakdown
A nontechnical expression used to describe uncommon behaviour (such as episodes of shouting, screaming, and/or tearfulness) that can be part of a disaster or of extreme depression, anxiety, or other psychiatric illness and disease. The condition affects the sufferer’s ability to cope with normal life.
