Lipoma
A widespread noncancerous tumour of fatty tissue. Lipomas are soft swelling and slow growings that can arise anywhere on the body, most frequently on the trunk, thigh and shoulder. They are harmless and not painful, but can be surgically detached for cosmetic reasons.
