Halitosis

The medical term for foul breath.  Halitosis is often the result of drinking alcohol, eating onions or garlic, or poor oral hygiene.  Persistent bad breath not caused by any of these can be a symptom of mouth infection sinusitis, or some lung disorders, such as bronchiectasis.
